Aoyama Manufacturing Co.,Ltd was founded in Kajimachi, Kuwana City on 1938 September by Mr.Shinichiro Aoyama.

BM was started to established as Joint corporation and initial capital was increased to 100,000 yen.

We started to develop loom machine.

Mr.Shigeru Aoyama was appointed as the second president and representative director of BM.

Designing and manufacturing of dedicated machines business was started.

Mr.Shigetaka Aoyama was appointed as the third president and representative director of BM.

Head office and factory were relocated at current location (1010-Higashiyuriage, Kuwana, Mie).

We inherited a relative's woodworking business.

Useful general worker recruiting business was started.

Service business such as machine tool repair was started and service division was introduced.

Mr.Keiichi Aoyama was appointed as the fourth president of BM.
2017
Corporate system started.
Former head office factory (currently Kajimachi factory) was renovated and has been progressing as contracting department and processing inspection factory.
2019
A subsidiary of BM was established.
Mr.Shigetaka Aoyama was commendated by the Minister of Finance.
2021
E-commerce business "Choigood" was launched.
Mr.Keiichi Aoyama graduated with a Master's of Business and Administration degree.
2022
We are now offering a customized web design and creation service and small to mid-sized in-house system applications.
2024 年
The company has formed a capital and business alliance with the Chukyo Group in Ise, acquiring 100% of the shares of Chukyo Denshi Kogyo Co., Ltd. and Chukyo Shoji Co., Ltd.
